ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to grant dispense with personal appearance of the petitioner on the ground of Medical report,on all further hearings in C.C.No.461 of 2020 pending trial before the Learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Mahila Court, Alandur, Kanchipuram District.
2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that P.W.1 and P.W.2 were already examined and other witnesses are yet to be examined. Hence, he seeks dispense with the personal appearance of the petitioner.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the entire materials available on record.
4. As the trial has already commenced, this Court is of the view that the petitioner is directed to approach the Trial Court for dispense with the personal appearance of the petitioner and the Trial Court shall consider the same and pass orders on merits.
5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
