The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in C.C.No.101 of 2013 dated 27.10.2015 on the file of Learned Additional Mahila Court cum Magistrate of Coimbatore and quash the same.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation has been completed and a final report has also been filed before the trial Court. Hence, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
