It is seen that the petitioner was released on bail on certain conditions, which have been modified from time to time and the last modification was dated 14.09.2018 in Crl.M.P.No.11296 of 2018, wherein this Court has directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders and seeking relaxation of the said condition, this miscellaneous petition has been filed.
2. Heard Mr.R.Sankarasubbu, learned counsel for the petitioner, who submitted that the petitioner requires to be with her younger daughter, who is suffering from mental illness.
3. Per contra, Ms.Krithika Kamal, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent filed counter objecting to complete relaxation.
4. Admittedly, the trial in S.C.No.256/2015 before the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore is pending against the http://www.judis.nic.in

Jvm petitioner and others. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the view that interest of justice will be served if the aforesaid condition is modified. Accordingly, the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.11296 of 2018 dated 14.09.2018 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the 1st and 15th day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
