This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 12.06.2020, wherein https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Page numbers

the petitioner has objected for the transfer of patta in favour of the fifth respondent.

2.Mr.K.Parameshwaran, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of respondents 1 to 4 submitted that the third respondent has already fixed a date for enquiry on 24.10.2020 at 10 a.m., and the petitioner can be present at the time of enquiry along with all relevant documents. 3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the third respondent has already called the parties for an enquiry, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to afford sufficient opportunity to the petitioner as well as the fifth respondent and pass final orders, strictly in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
