3. This Court is satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavit filed in support of this petition seeking to implead the District Collector as the 4th respondent in the main writ petition. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.

4. Registry is directed to carry out amendment and post the matter for filing of counter by the District Collector on 17.08.2022.
