ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested on 16.07.2021 and remanded to judicial custody for the offences under Sections 302, 302 r/w 34, 392 r/w 397 and 404 of IPC, in Crime No.86 of 2008 in S.C.No.177 of 2010 on the file of the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Chengalpattu, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that when the case is pending at trial stage, the petitioner did not appear before the trial Court for hearings, the trial Court had issued NBW against the petitioner dated 12.03.2020. Further, the petitioner was arrested on 16.07.2021 and remanded to judicial custody.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is now ready to appear before the trial Court and to abide by any stringent conditions imposed by this Court. Hence he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that there is one previous case pending as against the petitioner and he is a history sheeter. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that there is one previous case pending as against the petitioner and he is a history sheeter, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
