PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.04.2023 and to take appropriate action against the fourth respondent for protecting the Kattalai properties of specific endowment created by Gurulakshmi Ammal Trust with collection of lease rent from the actual allottees of land and for performance of three Kattalais endowed by the Trust within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

This writ petition has been filed by a worshiper seeking for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the authorities to take action against the fourth respondent on the ground that the fourth respondent has illegally dealt with the properties belonging to the 'Kattalai'.

2. In the light of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.25503 of 2022 today [06.06.2023], no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition.
