ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence under Section 399 of I.P.C. in Cr.No.1573 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with the other accused is alleged to have been preparing to commit dacoity.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.
4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that there is one previous case as against the petitioner. 5.Considering the previous and the nature of the offence committed by the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
