This petition has been filed to amend the petitioner's name as V.N.Jayakanth @ V.N.Jayakanthan instead of V.N.Jayakanth and Cr.No.252 of 2023 instead of Cr.No.257 of 2023 and also amend the alleged offense under Sections 406 and 420 IPC instead of 420 of IPC in Crl.O.P.No.10309 of 2023 dated 05.05.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the amendment petition, this Court is inclined to order the amendment petition as prayed for.

4. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment and issue fresh order copy to the parties.

5. The petitioner is granted two weeks time from today to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court. 26.06.2023 dm Note: Issue order copy on 27.06.2023.
