The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police states that on the complaint received on 27.05.2024, the petitioner was called and after enquiry having found that the dispute is civil in nature, the complaint was closed and there is no reason to apprehend that the police may harass the petitioner. 3.

Since the complaint against the petitioner been enquired and closed, nothing survives in this petition. Hence this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
