Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a writ of Certiorarified mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the order bearing Na.Ka.No.167/A1/07, dated 04.06.2007 of the third respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to pay the grant directly to the petitioner institution instead of depositing the same in the bank in the respective staff's savings bank account .

ORDER

The writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the order bearing Na.Ka.No.167/A1/07, dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

04.06.2007 of the third respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to pay the grant directly to the petitioner institution instead of depositing the same in the bank in the respective staff's savings bank account .

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has produced a letter dated 04.07.2017 before this Court, which was addressed by the T.B.M.Middle School to Assistant District Educational Officer stating that the payment of salary fixing by the School was sent through ECS to the petitioner and therefore, they are not pressing the writ petition filed by them.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
