Petitioner made an application, dated 1.3.2011 seeking issuance of family card with respect to the property situated in North Street, Ulagangathan Village and Post, Kallakurichi Taluk, Villupuram District. It was followed by another representation, dated 13.10.2015. Despite the same, no action is forthcoming, the present writ petition has been filed.

Taking into consideration of the pendency of the application, dated 1.3.2011 followed by representation, dated 13.10.2015, the respondent No.1 is directed to pass an appropriate orders on the application, dated 1.3.2011 as well as the subsequent representation, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

dated 13.10.2015 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
