The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.A.No.346 of 2024 dated 18.04.2024 on condition to report before the respondent daily at 10.30 a.m. Until further order.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every hearings. This petition is ordered.
