ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to conduct an investigation in FIR No.381 of 2021 on the file of the second respondent Police and invoke proper sections and to lay charge sheet before the learned Magistrate No.II, Mannargudi.
2. The contention of the petitioner is that his wife and mother were abused and attacked by one Radhakrishnan and others. Hence, the petitioner gave a complaint and a case in Crime No.381 of 2021 came to be registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) IPC. But thereafter, no action has been taken, and hence, the present petition.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
that in this case, out of the five named accused, two accused were arrested and the remaining three accused are absconding. Investigation is in progress and awaiting for the wound certificate to file a final report within period of three months.
4. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
