Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the second respondent vide Na.Ka.No.3041/A3/2018 dated 18.04.2018 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the second respondent to grant recognition to the petitioner viz., Saraswathy Vidhya Mandir Nursery & Primary School, Navampattu Maniyarakundam Post, Karumanthurai, Salem District in the light of the order passed by this Hon'ble High Court vide W.P(MD) No.20329 of 2014 dated 06.04.2015, W.A.No.911 of 2015 dated 18.08.2015, Contempt Petition (MD) No.1391 of 2015 dated 30.11.2015 and G.O(Ms) No.175, School (Ed) dated 20.07.2017. The application originally submitted by the writ petitioner seeking recognition from the Education Department was rejected vide order dated 18.04.2018. Five years lapsed and therefore, the petitioner has to comply with the requirements under the statutes and rules in force and submit a fresh application seeking recognition. In the event of submitting any such application in compliance with the Act and rules, the same is to be considered by following the procedures as contemplated.
