ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking registration of the First Information Report on the complaint dated 24.07.2021.

2. The contention of the petitioner is that he has lodged a complaint on 24.07.2021 as against his mother. But, no action has been taken till date. Hence, the present petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent would submit on the complaint of the petitioner, enquiry has been conducted on 14.08.2021. During enquiry, the petitioner had given a letter stating that he is withdrawing the complaint and hence, no action is required in this case.
