The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Certiorari to call for the records relating to impugned proceedings issued by the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.227-2022/ Aa4/2023 dated 27.04.2023 and to quash the same. 2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that as against the impugned order, there is effective alternative appeal remedy available to the petitioner before the Joint Director of Elementary Education and the petitioner has already filed appeal on 05.05.2023. Hence, without going into the merits of the case, it would suffice, if this Court issue direction to the Joint Director of Elementary Education to consider the petitioner's appeal dated 05.05.2023 and to pass appropriate orders within a reasonable time frame. 3.Considering the limited request made by the learned Senior 2/4

Counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the Joint Director of Elementary Education to consider the petitioner's appeal dated 05.05.2023, on merits and in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Registry is directed to send copy of the order to Joint Director of Elementary Education. 4.This writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
