This petition has been filed seeking to modify the condition 7(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.9919 of 2024 dated 24.04.2024.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court, while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner, directed him to deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) to the credit of Crime No.224 of 2024. He further submitted that the petitioner is unable to raise the said amount, hence, he sought to modify the condition.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the amount as Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) instead of Rs.10,000/- to be deposited to the credit of Crime No.224 of 2024 by the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands ordered.
