This Criminal Original Petition has been filed challenging the maintenance case filed by the wife. There is absolutely no merit to entertain this petition. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to quash the proceedings in M.C.No.93/2012 on the file of the Family Court, Coimbatore.

2.However, considering the year of the case, the trial Court is directed to complete the trial within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
