ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 30.07.2020 and to pass orders within the time fixed by this Court.
2. Mr.Mani Gopi, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the 2nd respondent has already fixed a date for enquiry on 19.11.2020 at 11.00 a.m. Learned counsel submitted that the petitioner can be present at the time of enquiry along with all the relevant documents.
3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the 2nd respondent has already fixed a date for enquiry, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to complete the enquiry and pass orders strictly in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
