The prayer sought for in the present petition to direct the respondent police to Rectify the FIR Cr.No.802 of 2017 on the basis of the complaint dated 10.10.2016 and investigate the same.

2. Today when the matter was called, Mrs.V.Saratha Devi, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) has submitted that the date of occurrence in the F.I.R.No.802 of 2017 has been rectified from 09.05.2017 to 09.10.2016 at 23.00 hrs.
