No.310/ 00465 of 2016 dated 20.10.2016, in ( WMP No.1982/17 in WP.1981/17) and; ii) Stay the operations and all further proceedings of the order of the 4th respondent made in O.A. No.310/ 00464 of 2016 dated 20.10.2016,in ( WMP No.1983/17 in WP.1982/17) respectively

Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the respective affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.R.JASMINE PADMA, Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions and of MR.K.RAMANAMOORTHY, Advocate for the 1st Respondent in both the petitions the court made the following order:- This court granted interim order of status quo on 27.01.2017. The respondents have so far not filed any application to vacate the interim order.

2.The interim order granted on 27.01.2014 is made absolute. Let the Writ Petition be posted for final disposal in the usual course.
