ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register a case on the complaint dated 11.03.2016 given by the petitioner and to take necessary departmental action against Mr.Vijayan, Inspector of Police, Mr.Nagarajan, Sub Inspector of Police and Mr.Balaraman, Head-Constable of Peerkankaranai Police Station, Tambaram.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by one Ramasamy, a case has been registered against this petitioner in Crime No.16 of 2016 for the offences under Section 341, 294(b), 323, 384 & 506(i) IPC and as a counter blast this petitioner has sent the present complaint dated 11.03.2016.

4. Under such circumstances, this is not a fit case to issue direction to the respondent Police to register an FIR on the complaint dated 11.03.216.

Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
