(Crime No.3/2020) Prayer: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to relax the condition directing the petitioner to report before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 a.m., the petitioner shall not enter into the jurisdiction of the respondent police in the order dated 22.07.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.10815 of 2020. ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner in the above Crl.O.P.No.10815 of 2020 dated 22.07.2020 that to appear before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 a.m.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police on first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

5.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
