This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for records of the 1st respondent in Rc. No. MC.108/2021/A3 dated 03.07.2021 and quash the same as illegal and arbitrary.

When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the notice issued under Section 111 Cr.P.C., for appearance of the petitioner before the first respondent on 06.07.2021 at 11.00 a.m., has now become infructuous.
