ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to comply with the order in Crl.M.P.No.2741 of 2021 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Panruti dated 10.11.2021.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents submitted that already the FIR has been registered in Crime No.245 of 2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of IPC as against the accused. Now, the investigation is almost completed and about to file a final report.

4. In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.245 of 2022 and file a final report, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands

disposed of.
