The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records culminated in the respondent's letter ref.1370/DEO & MTS/18-19 dated 25.06.2018 and quash the same as illegal, and consequently direct the respondents to award the contract tot he bidder, who complied with the tender conditions. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner states that nothing survives for further adjudication in the writ petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3.The tender process had been finalized and time has expired and fresh tender notification had been issued and also a new tenderer also been alloted work.
4.Hence, the present writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
