Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to grant an extension of time for the petitioner to surrender before the concerned jurisdictional Court for further period of two weeks to comply with the order of this Hon`ble Court made in Crl.O.P.No.10111/2021 by order dated 09.06.2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. M.R.JOTHIMANIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.DHAMODARAN Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Court, by an order dated 09.06.2021, directed the petitioner to surrender before the trial Court within a period of 15 days.

2. The petitioner filed the present petition seeking extension of time to surrender.

3. Heard both sides.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the time granted by this Court is extended for a further period of fifteen days and the petitioner is directed to

surrender before the Court within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This petition is ordered accordingly.
