The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has accepted the transfer order, impugned in this writ petition and hence, on instructions, seeks permission of this Court, to withdraw this writ petition. He has also circulated a letter dated 05.01.2017 to the Registry to that effect.

In view of the submission of the letter dated 05.01.2017 to the Registry by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
