With consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage.

2. The petitioner is serving as Secondary Grade teacher, in the 2nd respondent aided school from the year 1993. Since the petitioner has completed the selection grade and special grade, she has approached the 2nd respondent seeking permission to study B.Ed course from the year 2017 - 2019 on 12.10.2017. The 2nd respondent, namely, Secretary, Vinayagar Aided Elementary https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

School, Pandarathan kadu, Nagapattinam District has also forwarded the request of the petitioner i.e., seeking permission to study B.Ed Course, with the consent of the headmaster, by a proceeding dated Nil to the Assistant Elementary Educational Officer, Vedaranyam. But till date, no order has been passed by the 1st respondent, therefore, the petitioner has come to this Court seeking to grant permission to the petitioner for completing B.Ed., Teaching Practice Course, which commences from today, i.e., 20.11.2017 to 30.12.2017.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the documents available on record.

A perusal of the record would reveal that the Headmaster of the 2nd respondent- school has recommended the name of the petitioner by granting her permission to pursue B.Ed Study. As the request made by the petitioner has been already been recommended by the 2nd respondent to the 1st respondent, this Court, hereby directs the 1st respondent to consider the proposal sent by the 2nd respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of a order. In the meanwhile, petitioner shall be permitted to attend the classes. With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
