ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register the complaint against the proposed accused on the basis of the complaint dated 19.07.2016 given by the petitioner and to investigate the matter in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that a case in Crime.No.359 of 2016 has been registered on 28.08.2016 for offence under Section 420 IPC, based on the complaint given by the petitioner herein.

Recording the same, this petition is closed.
