1. This Civil Revision Petition has been filed, to direct the District Munsif, Pappireddipatty to complete the enquiry in IA.No.290 of 2019 in OS.No.102 of 2016, within a time frame.

2. This court heard the learned counsel for the Petitioners.

3. Considering the narrow scope of the prayer and also taking note of the fact that some of the Respondents have not filed counter in the said IA.No.290 of 1/2 http://www.judis.nic.in

CRP(PD)No.2055 of 2020 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN, J.

Srcm 2019, those Respondents are directed to complete the pleadings by filing counter, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the District Munsif, Pappireddipatty is directed to dispose of IA.No.290 of 2019 in OS.No.102 of 2016, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks thereafter.

4. With the above directions, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
