This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.9995 of 2023 dated 04.05.2023, passed by this Court, that the petitioner shall stay at Dharmapuri and report before the Inspector of Police, Dharmapuri Town Police Statiion, everyday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that the final report has been filed and the case has been taken up for trial in P.R.C.No.44 of 2023 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Alandur and the same was committed to Sessions Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.9995 of 2023 dated 04.05.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Principal District Judge, Chengalpet, on 07.07.2023 and thereafter, on the date fixed by the learned trial Judge.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
