This Civil Revision Petition has been filed, seeking for a limited relief. 2.The petitioner seeks for an early disposal of the DVC proceedings pending before the Special Court under protection of women from domestic violence act, Coimbatore in DVC No.186 of 2024.

3.The petitioner is the wife and the respondent is her husband. According to the petitioner, the trial has commenced in the DVC proceedings, but there is no progress shown thereafter. Therefore, the petitioner seeks for an early disposal of DVC No.186 of 2024.

4. No prejudice will be caused to any of the parties if a direction is issued to the Special Court under protection of women from domestic violence act, Coimbatore to dispose of DVC No.186 of 2024 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5.Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondent, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

6.For the foregoing reasons, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of by directing the Special Court under protection of women from domestic violence act, Coimbatore to dispose of DVC No.186 of 2024 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
