Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to direct the third respondent to transfer the investigation in the Crime No.505 of 2013 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Panruti police Station to some other investigation Officer to investigate the suspicious death of the petitioner's daughter on 06.06.2013 at Kannan Hospital at Cuddalore.

ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to transfer the investigation in Cr.No.505 of 2013 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Panruti police Station to some other investigation Officer to investigate the suspicious death of the petitioner's daughter on 06.06.2013 at Kannan Hospital at Cuddalore.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the respondent police has registered a case in the above said crime number on 06.06.2013, no final report has been filed till date.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of two months. 5.In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.

6.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
