ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner had given a letter dated 23.1.2015 to the Registry seeking to list the above revision for withdrawal. Therefore, the matter is listed today under the caption 'for withdrawal'. Today, when the case is called, a similar request is made to that effect.

2. The petitioner seems to have deposited a sum of Rs.6 lakhs. Since the petitioner is not available in India, the petitioner's father is allowed to withdraw the same. The respondents have no objection to the same, since
