These petitions have been filed to amend Sections as under Sections 294(b), 353, 427 of IPC at 294(b), 341, 353 of IPC r/w Section 3 of TNPPDL Act instead of under sections 294(b), 353, 427 in order passed in Crl.O.P.No.10818 of 2024 dated 30.04.2024 and to extend the time to execute the order passed on 30.04.2024.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are ordered as prayed for and time is extended to comply the order of this Court dated 30.04.2024, for a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

12.06.2024 gsk NOTE : Registry is directed to carryout the necessary amendment in the order copy dated 30.04.2024 and issue a fresh order copy to the parties.
