The petitioner, who is arrayed as A-3, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 08.06.2016 for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 120(b), 147, 148, 324, 294(b), 341, 307 and 506(ii) IPC in Crime No.486 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocae (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.
3. The case of the prosecution is that due to dispute in regard to collection of Cable TV subscription, there was a wordy quarrel between the petitioner and the defacto complainant and in the melee, the petitioner attacked the defacto complainant and caused head injury.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that he is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that earlier he moved bail application before this Court in Crl.O.P.No.16799 of 2016 and the same was dismissed by this Court on 04.08.2016.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) has opposed to grant bail to the petitioner stating that the injured has been discharged. He further submitted that the petitioner is having one previous case.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and there is one previous case against the petitioner and also earlier bail petition was dismissed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.16799 of 2016 dated 04.08.2016, I do not find any change of circumstances to consider this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
