Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of mandamus directing the third respondent to consider and thereby disposing the representation made by the Petitioner dated 14.08.2020 to direct the first respondent police to conduct adjudication Process or investigation expeditiously and during the course of investigation if any cognizable offence is made out shall be take action according to law and with relevant enactment based on vide CSR No.185 of 2020 on petitioner police Complainant dated 08.08.2020 on the file of the first respondent police.

O R D E R
This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondents police 1 to 3 to conduct the enquiry
expeditiously and take action in accordance with law vide enquiry made in CSR.No.185 of 2020 which initiated upon the complainant given by the petitioner dated 08.08.2020 on the file of the first respondent.
2. Heard Mr.K.Yuvaraj, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.M.Prabhavathi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.
3. Today when the petition is came up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents police 1 to 3 on instructions would submit that in respect of enquiry made in CSR.No.185 of 2020, the same is pending on the file of the first respondent police till date.
4. Now on go through the petition averments, in respect of the representation dated 08.08.2020 given by the petitioner, it seems that the fourth and fifth respondents herein being the brothers of the petitioner did not permit the petitioner for entering into the house which belongs to their mother. The facts and circumstances of the occurrence alleged to be committed by the fourth and fifth respondents needs enquiry and also the same has to be disposed within short time.
5. Accordingly,the first respondent is directed to dispose the enquiry initiated in CSR.No.185 of 2020 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order by following the guidelines illustrated by our Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of Lalita Kumari vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh and others [2014 (2) SCC (1)].
6. With the above direction, this Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
