This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.9145 of 2024 on 15.04.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on 1st and 3rd Sunday of every month at 10.30 a.m., for another period of 4 months.
