ORDER
This Writ Petition (Criminal) has been filed seeking a direction to the seventh respondent to conduct an official inquiry into the petitioner's representation dated 01.01.2026.

On instructions, the learned Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 11 submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, an enquiry was conducted and the same was closed upon receipt of an affidavit from the petitioner herein. Subsequently, the petitioner submitted another representation, which is pending consideration before the second respondent.

In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry on the representation submitted by the petitioner after issuing notice to the respondents 12 and 13 and also to the concerned departments, and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
With the above direction, this Writ Petition (Criminal) stands disposed of. No costs.
