This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register the complaint dated 04.07.2016, given by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.220 of 2016, for return of marriage articles.
