On 27.06.2018, it was represented that the petitioner passed away and that an application to bring the legal representatives on record would be made within a period of two (2) weeks. Hence, the case was adjourned to 20.07.2018 for enabling the petitioner to file an application to bring the legal representatives on record.

2. On 20.07.2018, when the matter was taken up for hearing, a similar request was made. So, in the interest of justice, further time was granted to bring the legal representative on record and the case was adjourned today i.e 03.08.2018.
