Petition for modification of the bail condition imposed by learned Principle Sessions Judge, Kancheepuram District, Chengalpattu.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that very harsh condition has been imposed and the petitioners have to eke out their livelihood.
In the circumstances, the condition may be relaxed.
3. I am satsified with the reasons stated.
4. The condition that the petitioner should appear before the Investigation Officer at 6.30 p.m., daily for 40 days is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the Judicial Magistrate, Alandur on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m. for three weeks.
