This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 93 days in preferring the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal against the order and decree dated 03.10.2023 passed in M.C.O.P.No.186 of 2018 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, (III Additional District Court), Villupuram @ Kallakurichi.

2.Mr.Amar Dineshbhai Pandiya, learned counsel takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 & 2.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and respondents 1 & 2 and perused the records. 4.Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 93 days is condoned.

5.Registry is directed to number this appeal and post it along with C.M.A.No.3097 of 2023 for hearing.
