Seeking patta for an extent of 1.5 acres of land in S.No.448, Kanavoiputhur Village as per the orders issued in G.O.Ms.No.255 dated 02.11.1993 Adi Dravida and Tribal Welfare Department, a representation was given by the petitioner on 22.06.2015. As the same is still pending, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2.Taking into consideration the above facts and also the pendency of the representation of the petitioner, a direction is issued to the respondent no.2 to consider and pass appropriate orders on the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is also directed to send a copy of the representation to the respondent no.2 within a period of two weeks enclosing a copy of this order.
