This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in X.Crime No.133 of 2014 on the file of the Sub Inspector of Police, Central Crime Branch, Team-II, Veperi, Chennai - 600

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent.

3. An attempt was made to compromise the dispute between the parties by referring the matter to the mediation centre. The mediation centre report states that there was no compromise between the parties.
