This writ petition has been filed to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the first and third respondents to await final decision in W.P.No.23058 of 2002, before resorting to any further action pursuant to the second's respondent's proceedings made in Na.Ka.No.4552/2015/Nu.Ku dated 02.09.2016

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to subsequent development, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition and hence, the writ petition may be dismissed as infructuous.
