Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

2. The petitioner made several representations on 13.04.2015, 27.05.2015 and 18.08.2015, making complaint against the president of Melmalaiyanur Panchayat Union, Melmalaiyanur. As no action is forthcoming, the present Writ Petition is filed.

3. Taking into consideration the pendency of the representations right from 13.04.2015, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the first respondent to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 18.08.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
