ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order passed by this Court dated 02.02.2024 in WP.No.27240 of 2023, thereby directed the second respondent therein to pass order on the appeal filed by the sixth respondent therein and subject to the result of the appeal, also directed the sixth respondent therein to comply with the order passed by the fourth respondent. 2.

The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the appeal filed before the Joint Director as against the order passed by the District Education Officer was dismissed and aggrieved by the same, the respondent filed writ petition before this Court in WP.No.14355 of 2024 and obtained order of interim stay on 29.05.2024. The petitioner was also served with notice.

Therefore, no contempt is made out as against the respondent. As such, this contempt petition is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, this contempt petition is dismissed.
